The spaces vary in size and accommodate up to 80 people seated and 110 standing. Tables and chairs are available as part of the hire package.
Ideal for a range of events, our facilities include a large main hall which has plenty of natural lighting, a projector and PA system.
The centre also boasts of modern kitchen facilities, access to fast reliable internet and access to beautiful green surroundings – right next to Southern Park and opposite a playground.

The exhibition space itself is filled with natural light, thanks to its large windows, creating a beautiful setting to showcase students’ work.

Monday – Saturday The GMV Community Centre closes at 11pm, and all music must be off by 10pm.
Sunday, close at 9pm.
There is no parking allowed outside the centre and we do not provide parking. There are carparks nearby.
Alcohol may not be provided or consumed at the Centre without prior written permission from Centre Management staff.
Our alcohol policy states only Beer and Wine may be consumed on the premises, this means that no spirits, liquors, or cocktails may be on site.
An alcohol waiver will need to be signed during the booking process. Please note that If spirits are found to be served at the Centre, we will forfeit the deposit.
When paying for a room hire, the hirer will receive up to 4 hours kitchen hire free of charge.
NOTE – Times may need to be agreed and if more than one booking is happening, the time allowed may be shortened to suit all hirers.
You can only gain access to the centre 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
